The board approved Amendment 2 to the professional services contract with ZCS Engineering to expand concept and design services for an outdoor multiuse space tied to the county's purchase of the lot at 296 Main Street. The amendment adds restrooms to the concept design, extends the contract to Dec. 31, 2026, and carries a fiscal impact not to exceed $16,000 from the COVID-19 pandemic grant fund.
