The Las Vegas City Council on Dec. 18 approved a package of land‑use changes and a tentative map allowing a 25‑lot single‑family compact development at the northwest corner of Ann Road and Leggett Road. The applicant, represented by counsel Bob Groenauer, described the site as a 3.18‑acre infill parcel and said the project advances the city’s Las Vegas 2050 housing priorities.
