The Walworth County Children with Disabilities Education Board voted Oct. 16 to allow Lakeland School’s School Fest Committee to participate in a gift‑card fundraising program (referred to in materials as Raised Right). Matt said the program sells gift cards to everyday retailers and returns a percentage to the school committee; he noted roughly 750 retailers are available through the platform and that gift cards do not expire.
