During work at 54 Washington staff reported an unforeseen cracked sewer that requires excavation and replacement from the sidewalk through the home foundation. In committee staff said City plumber Steve Dodd and inspector Mike reviewed the issue and proposed a change order “so we could get this done and then move forward” with finishing work on the porch and other items.
