Lee's Summit council adopts traffic rules, $21M GMP for renovations, engineering increases and development bond authorization
At its Dec. 16 meeting the Lee's Summit City Council approved multiple ordinances: amendments to parking rules, a $21 million guaranteed maximum price for joint operations/police-courts renovations, increases to engineering contracts for Sampson Road and Longview- Hook Road work, and authorization for up to $26.1 million in industrial development bonds for Douglas Station Apartments.
