Nueces County Commissioners approved an amended work authorization for Hagerty Consulting tied to the county’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). Commissioners clarified that the $24,000 not-to-exceed adjustment and time extension to continue ERAP support will be paid from ERAP program funds and not the county’s general fund.
