The board voted to table an award to Inmate Calling Solutions LLC (doing business as IC Solutions) for inmate telephone and kiosk transaction services after a commissioner raised discrepancies between the agenda and the vendor contract. The agenda and staff recommendation cited an 80% commission on gross revenues to the county; the contract exhibit circulated at the meeting showed 70%.
