Council approves multiple rezoning, use permits and community agreements in batch votes

Hampton City Council approved a series of land‑use and community items including rezoning for 1721 North King Street, use permits for the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank and Hampton University, three community center use agreements and a downtown lease; most items were approved with recommended conditions.
