The board considered a motion to approve Pay Application #4 to Omni in the amount of $44,384 (project referenced as RTA #23-063, BG #24-246). The motion to approve was made by Brenda and seconded by Gabe; the chair called for aye and the motion passed.
Board members were told the contractor has been on site for weeks and that staff are coordinating a dry run ahead of the Oct. 25 homecoming event. No additional financing action was reported at the meeting.
