Farmers Branch maps Mercer Park phases; city budgets $1 million for initial work

Parks staff outlined a phased plan for Mercer Park: city will finish irrigation, trees and sod on the southern portion (Phase 1) and seek design work for courts and courts-related amenities on the northern parcel (Phase 2) with a $1,000,000 city budget for the park—s work.
