Council updates master fee schedule to reflect 3% Republic contract increase for solid waste
The council approved a resolution to amend the master fee schedule to pass through a 3% contractual increase from Republic, raising the regular residential monthly solid-waste fee from $19.33 to $19.91 effective Jan. 1, 2025. Senior and commercial rates were adjusted proportionally.

The Coppell City Council on Dec. 10 approved a resolution amending the city's master fee schedule to reflect a 3% annual escalation included in the city's contract with Republic (renewed Sept. 22, 2020). Staff said the contract requires the adjustment and the council voted to adopt the corresponding updates to the master fee schedule.
