County staff and commissioners discussed clustering and conservation-subdivision options in the comprehensive plan; staff recommended preserving optional clustering language for developers and the board directed staff to work with Tall Timbers and the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation to prepare code updates ahead of the statutory reopening in October 2027.
