The Keizer Public Arts Commission spent a substantial portion of its meeting reviewing a revised public art master plan, reading its purpose statement aloud and discussing policies, appendices and annual programming timelines. Speaker 1 read the plan’s purpose, describing KPAC’s advisory role and goals to "foster community pride" and "make art accessible to all." Speaker 2 explained the commission’s responsibilities and the legal distinction that City Council controls siting while the commission retains selection authority.
