The Keizer Multimodal Safety Committee opened its Nov. 20 meeting by approving the October meeting minutes after a brief amendment. A member asked that a sentence implying the elimination of lower-ranked locations be removed so sites that ranked in the top 10 would remain on an "active" list for future budget requests. The amendment was accepted and the minutes were approved by voice vote.
