Committee approves plan to issue RFP for capital-planning retainer and schedules $10M financing discussion

Miss Green proposed that the district go out to request for proposals for future capital planning and retainer services to ensure competitive pricing and adequate capacity while the district completes its middle-school work. She emphasized this would not remove CHA as construction manager for the middle-school project and said the RFP award would be returned to the board at the January meeting.
