LAFCO staff posts Ukiah annexation application; notes lawsuit challenging flood-control district project
Staff announced a City of Ukiah application to annex nearly 8 acres for a municipal corporation yard and said the Russian River Flood Control District’s annexation application is incomplete and the project’s negative declaration is being challenged in a lawsuit by Lee Howard and James Ronco.
