The Quincy Planning Board on Nov. 19 unanimously approved a site plan for an eight-unit building at 3 Thayer Street, subject to a set of special and general conditions the city required before building or occupancy permits are issued.
The project, presented by Edward Fleming, attorney for Boston Properties, is a proposed three‑story, eight‑unit residential building. Fleming told the board the applicant has worked to respond to peer review and city department comments and is confident the smaller project will not materially worsen local traffic. "We’re very confident that this much smaller project of 8 units is not gonna be impacted," Fleming said.
