Park County updates term-end dates for State Shooting Complex joint board appointments

County staff explained that when the county and the city of Cody appointed members they used an April/March schedule that did not align with the joint powers board bylaws, which call for seating new members in May. The board moved to change county appointee term end dates from March 31 to April 30 so appointees will be seated on May 1, matching the joint powers board's practice.
The motion to adjust the terms was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. County staff will provide updated appointment information to the city and to the joint powers board so terms and seating dates correspond going forward.
