Committee continues Back Bay live/work application 30 days to resolve technical comments
Summary

The Technical Review Committee on Nov. 19 voted to continue MIN25-000131, a proposal to create 12 live/work parcels on about 10.11 acres, for 30 days so the applicant and staff can resolve outstanding engineering comments and clarify floodplain mapping.
Planning staff said the application has multiple outstanding comments from planning, environmental and engineering reviewers, including traffic and stormwater issues and a potential Letter of Map Revision (LOMAR) that may be required for building permits. Christy Jones of the applicant team said they have engaged with engineering reviewers, submitted materials to regional utilities and FPL regarding an easement across the site, and plan to resubmit revised plans.
The committee moved and seconded a 30-day continuance to allow the applicant to coordinate with reviewers and address the outstanding technical comments.
