Operations leaders provided a multi-part update on capital projects funded by past bond issuances and by unused bond funds. Mr. Jett and Mr. Cooper reviewed recently completed items — playgrounds, LED lighting upgrades, gym floor refinishes, and emergency HVAC repairs (including a Pillion Elementary chiller replacement taken as an emergency earlier in the year) — and described progress on camera upgrades, vape detectors, and other safety-related capital work.
