The Board of Library Trustees voted Dec. 8 to adopt a 2026 meeting schedule that omits July and August meetings and sets Nov. 16 as the November meeting (no December meeting). Trustees said special meetings can be called if urgent business arises.

The Board of Library Trustees voted Dec. 8 to approve a 2026 meeting calendar that removes regular July and August meetings and schedules the November meeting for Nov. 16, with no regular December meeting. The motion to adopt Option 2 was moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
