County approves temporary office, restroom trailers and kitchen agreement during phase‑3 construction
To accommodate phase 3 of a county construction project, the committee approved a WillScot office trailer and Rolling Restrooms restroom trailer and an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Bloomington to use arena kitchen facilities while the county kitchen is out of service.
