West Fargo approves amended engineer’s report to add Meadow Ridge Court to Improvement District 3008

The West Fargo City Commission on Nov. 17 approved an amended engineer’s report to add Meadow Ridge Court to Improvement District 3008 and move forward with neighborhood reconstruction.
City Engineer Jerry Wallace said the addition is driven by the court’s pavement and water-main condition and by the opportunity to tie in storm sewer where none exists now. "We're confident this is the right decision," Wallace said, adding the city may pursue state grants and low-interest loans to fund the work. Staff scheduled a public meeting for Dec. 3 to share plans.
The commission moved and seconded approval of the amended engineer’s report; the motion carried.
What's next: staff will proceed with plans and public outreach and return with final assessments and specifications.
