Board approves Class B-1 license for Eaglewood under new owner after code amendment
The board amended the municipal code and approved a Class B-1 (lodging) liquor license for Arbor Lodging LLC (doing business as Eaglewood Resort and Spa) at 1401 Nordic Road following a sale; trustees discussed scope of the lodging license and confirmed fingerprinting/background checks were complete for new ownership.

The Village of Itasca board on Nov. 4 approved amending Section 112.2 of the Itasca Municipal Code to accommodate changes in Class B-1 liquor licenses following the sale of Eaglewood Resort and Spa and granted a license to the new operating entity, Arbor Lodging LLC (owners identified in the meeting as Shunal Patel and a partner).
