During reports and comments the board’s Plan Commission liaison summarized recent activity from the Plan Commission. A previously approved development at 32 & Centennial (original approvals dated to 2006–07) was described as being reconsidered by Platinum Properties with a new plan that would reduce the commercial footprint to about six drive‑through‑oriented lots. Some Plan Commission members expressed concern about the number of drive‑through uses; the commission made no formal recommendation to the city council so the council will address the commercial portion.
