Capital-projects update: several county remodels complete, more projects moving forward
Peoria County staff reported multiple completed capital projects — including a probation office refresh and phase 1 furniture installation for the Circuit Clerk remodel — and said projects underway are listed in the Nov. 14 packet; staff will move completed projects to a separate list next month.

County capital-projects staff presented the Nov.14 packet and highlighted several completed projects and items in progress. Heather said the probation office refresh is substantially complete with furniture installed and only punch-list items remaining. The Circuit Clerk remodel’s furniture phase 1 has been delivered and installed; a commissioner (Betty) praised the Circuit Clerk’s new look after visiting the office.
