County capital-projects staff presented the Nov.14 packet and highlighted several completed projects and items in progress. Heather said the probation office refresh is substantially complete with furniture installed and only punch-list items remaining. The Circuit Clerk remodel’s furniture phase 1 has been delivered and installed; a commissioner (Betty) praised the Circuit Clerk’s new look after visiting the office.
Heather said many projects are complete and that staff will likely move completed projects to a separate list in next month’s packet so the current list shows only projects in progress. She also referenced upcoming work, including a Haven on the Farm sewer extension projected to start shortly and other projects wrapping up the construction season.
No formal board action was required beyond acknowledging the informational update.
