The Judson ISD Board of Trustees on Dec. 10 formally nominated and cast the district's 74 votes for Gerald Lopez for the Bexar County Appraisal District board of directors. Mr. Macias made the motion and Ms. Kenoyer seconded; the board voted 7–0 in favor.

The chair recorded the motion and instructed the board to cast their allocated votes and submit them to the Bexar County Appraisal District, which will tally member votes and establish its own board of directors. No additional discussion or amendments were recorded.

The motion passed with unanimous support and was entered into the meeting minutes.
