Shirley Jones of the Workforce Development Division told the commission that on 05/30/2024 the U.S. Department of Labor approved TWC’s BOA combined state plan for program years 2024–2027 and that the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requires states to submit a two‑year modification to reflect labor‑market changes.
