Redevelopment commission approves multiple infrastructure resolutions and extends Isaiah House deadline
The commission approved several agenda items — guardrail replacement ($49,800), Wildcat Park restroom ($50,000), crack-seal equipment ($83,112), a $5,000 Norfolk Southern supplemental payment, Park 1 bid reissue ($2,000), the 2026 meeting schedule, and invoices — and extended the Isaiah 117 House development deadline to June 30, 2026.
