The commission approved a signed purchase agreement from Sri Development LLC for the parcels at 5903–5923 Calumet Avenue, described in staff remarks as just north of City Hall, for $150,000. "This is a signed purchase agreement by a developer, Sri Development LLC," staff said during the meeting. Commissioner Tomage moved to approve the agreement; the motion was seconded and passed by roll call, 5–0.
