Votes at a glance: Covington County Commission passes multiple routine resolutions, approves vehicle orders and capital projects

At its meeting the commission approved joining an SSUT lawsuit intervention, matched new ABC license fees to state rates, authorized purchase orders for two sheriff patrol vehicles, approved floor and clerk office improvements, declared a maintenance truck surplus, and accepted two post-executive-session actions (Kiwanis agreement and personnel review board recommendation). Several sponsorship motions failed for lack of a second.
