Paulette also presented SUP2025‑05, a specific use permit to bring an existing mini‑warehouse at 5210 Southeast Stallings Drive into zoning compliance and allow an expansion to the rear of the site. Staff coordinated a neighborhood meeting with no attendance and P&Z recommended approval; the council approved the SUP unanimously.
