El Paso County presents ADA transition-plan updates, reports inspections and grievances
The county's ADA coordinator reported progress on inspections and facility updates, saying 28 buildings and 10 parks have been inspected in FY24–25 with several entering substantial or partial compliance; the court will consider formal adoption of the updated transition plan at its Nov. 24 meeting.

Amanda Manning, El Paso County ADA coordinator, presented the county's updated ADA transition plan and inspection results to commissioners on Nov. 20, 2025. Manning explained the county's multi-phase approach to inspections, reporting and corrections and provided counts of inspections and grievance outcomes.
