Washington County board votes unanimously to enter executive session on potential litigation
During its Dec. 16 work session, the Washington County Board of Commissioners voted 4-0 to adjourn to an executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(h) to discuss potential litigation; the public meeting was recessed with a business session to follow at approximately 10:00 a.m.

Chair Katherine Harrington asked for a motion to adjourn to an executive session "pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h) for the purposes of discussing potential litigation." The chair moved the motion, it was seconded, and the board voted unanimously, 4 to 0, to enter executive session.
