Cowlitz County approves several contracts and amendments, including guard-services and engineering testing increases
The BOCC approved a batch of consent and motion items: a one-year addendum with Northwest Enforcement for jail guard supervisors and contractor vehicle, an amendment to Terracon Consultants adding $150,000 through 12/31/2027 for special inspection services, a two-year contract with PreventionMD for the county health officer (~$160,000), and multiple homeless-services contract amendments.
