Planning staff presented a year‑end permit and process report showing development activity concentrated in several township sections and a total recorded value reported at approximately $568,000,000. Staff said the department tracks 33 permit types; plumbing permits had a median days‑to‑issue of one day while sign permits typically took about 7–10 days when additional information was required.
