On Dec. 9 the Pasco County Commission approved multiple comprehensive-plan and land-development code amendments on the consent agenda (P79, P80, P81, P82, P83, P87, P88 were among items left on consent). P84, P85, and P89 were continued to Jan. 20, 2026 for further review.

The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners approved a slate of planning and zoning items on the consent agenda at its Dec. 9 meeting, taking roll-call votes to adopt several comprehensive-plan amendments and land-development code changes and continuing a handful of items for additional review.
