The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Las Vegas on Dec. 17 approved two measures to support rehabilitation of the Star Motel at 1418 South 3rd Street. The agency read items for a Multifamily Residential Unit Improvement Program (MFR-UIP) grant not to exceed $50,000 (RA-31-2025) and a Multifamily Residential Visual Improvement Program (MFR-VIP) grant not to exceed $25,000 (RA-32-2025). Both measures were authorized by vote.
