Planning staff introduce new code compliance officer and planning technician

Staff also introduced Emma Montez, who said she has been on the team about a week and will participate in upcoming January agenda items. Commissioners welcomed both new staff members and thanked them for joining the department.
The introductions concluded matters from staff and the commission adjourned to a field-trip meeting on January 20, 2026.
