Doctor Yasmin Turk, planning manager for the City of Pflugerville, told the commission the request sought a subdivision waiver under Section 15.3 of the Unified Development Code to allow construction plans and the wastewater line to be submitted and built ahead of the normal platting sequence. “The request does not qualify under the exemption provisions outlined in section 15.10.4 of the UDC. Therefore, staff does not support the granting of a subdivision waiver,” Turk said.
