The record noted ponding concerns on the north and west sides of the lot but indicated these could be managed with appropriate design and outlet work.
The board had no recorded objections and moved to approve the drainage plan; the motion carried 3-0. Staff marked the site as suitable for limited basements with appropriate construction techniques and recommended standard drainage conditions and outlet protections be included in final plans.
