Councilmembers on Dec. 9 accepted feasibility and utility studies for several proposed developments, including the Montgomery Flex Business Center (two spec buildings totalling ~27,000 sq ft) and a larger commercial site (approx. 72,000 sq ft) adjacent to an H-E-B anchor. Staff cautioned that many projections are conceptual and depend on tenant build-outs but provided planning-level water and sewer impacts.
