Bob Beauregard addressed the board during public comment to ask for transparency about the town’s public needs assessment procurement. He said he filed public records requests (FOIA/FOA) for the request for proposals and contract documents with Wright‑Pierce and received an email indicating the scope of work may have been provided orally by phone.
