Council approves $80,910 value-engineering amendment for Penny Pool design work

Staff also said the consultant’s proposed reductions included options that could produce significant savings and recommended the city accept the proposal as fair and reasonable.
Council voted to approve the contract amendment by voice vote (5 ayes). No public speakers objected during the hearing.
