Developers seeking to restore a cluster of historic buildings on Main Street and Stockbridge Street asked the Springfield Historic Commission on Dec. 18 for a letter of support to accompany applications for state historic tax credits. The presenter said the project recently cleared Part 2 at the state level with the State Historic Preservation Office and is under National Park Service review for the federal-level determination.
