Ishu Gupta, a city hall fellow with the Bloomberg‑Harvard City Leadership Initiative, told the Green Bay Common Council on Dec. 16 that the city has cataloged about 500 departmental databases and developed a three‑year strategy called Connect Greenway to improve data quality and performance reporting.
