Committee approves $1.9 million contract to expand library security camera system
The PECS committee approved a piggyback on a statewide contract to install a uniform, cloud-based security camera system across DeKalb County Public Library branches (vendor: DS IYS Solutions Inc.), not to exceed $1.9 million; library staff said the Cisco system mirrors Stone Mountain’s setup and uses existing network infrastructure.
