Auburn council approves contracts, development projects and a city code change; denies pre-zoning request

Mayor Ron Anders reported that the Auburn City Council approved a string of contracts and development items at its Dec. 16 meeting, denied a pre-zoning application for about 36.6 acres on Cox Road and amended city code to exclude gross receipts from consumable vapor products to match state law.
