Michael Pratt of Keller Engineers presented a concept plan for a 2,000‑square‑foot stage at Talleyrand Park, saying the structure would host music, dance and theatrical events and connect to the park's south parking lot by an asphalt pedestrian walkway. Pratt said the design includes an elevated slab‑on‑grade foundation with frost walls, masonry and stone exterior treatments, and a standing‑seam metal roof.
